I teach flowing movement with a strong emphasis on the connection of breath and body and its therapeutic qualities. Each class is interwoven with asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and yoga philosophy, experiencing yoga as a deepening awareness of the breath, relaxing into body, heart and mind
